Chabad of Pinellas County – Young Israel of Clearwater

Young Israel-Chabad of Pinellas County is located in beautiful Palm Harbor on the Gulf Coast of Florida just twenty minutes from the famed beaches of Clearwater and just five minutes from the world renowned Honeymoon and Caladesi Island.

Like our 4000 branches worldwide, Chabad of Pinellas County is dedicated to serving Jews of all ages with Ahavat Yisroel regardless of religious background or affiliation.  In addition we are affiliated with the Young Israel movement, the national Orthodox synagogue movement.

We service the community throughout Pinellas County, including Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, and the beach communities.

Pinellas County is home to about 30,000 Jewish people and has many great Jewish organizations.

Some of the wonderful advantages of living on the West Coast of Florida include: affordable housing, a Jewish Day School, Jewish ALF’s, great Kosher stores, local Mikvah and of course great weather.

Our friendly intimate Shul has around 100 families. We offer occasional weekday services and all of the Shabbat services.

At Young Israel-Chabad, we offer a full range of classes and activities for all ages. Classes take place both during the week and Shabbat. The Women’s Group meets twice a month for classes and social events.

The “Gan Chaya” preschool at our center is a great way for your child to begin his or her Jewish education. For older children, we also offer “Grow” Jewish enrichment after-school program on Tuesday evenings, Ckids youth zone & a wonderful camp in the summer.

During the course of the year we have wonderful activities for the entire family including: High Holiday Experience, Chanukah on Ice, Purim Fun, Comedy Night, guest lecturers, Friday night dinners and much more.
