Like a beautiful kaleidoscope, the members of Ahavat Yisrael are a blend of different people from various walks of life, all unifying together to create a multi-faceted, warm and welcoming neighborhood Shul.
With children of all ages, Ahavat Yisrael offers programming throughout the year to elevate and celebrate each of the chagim; our past events included Sukkah kids parties, falafel dinners for Yom Ha’atzmaut, and Chanuka magic shows replete with latkes, gelt, and sufganiyot to name a few. For the adults we have our annual barbeque, wine and cheese events, musical cafe nights, brunch and learn, and goods and services auctions.
