The summer Lake George Minyan is in a large tent. Welcome to Lake George minyan
The famous white tent in which we host the minyan each year will be moved to a new location this year. We are renting a temporary place for the season in a nice  large parking lot. The location this year is set in a place with a beautiful view of the mountains and and feel of the beautiful nature. This minyan is unique that it draws all kinds of people together to daven.

The cost just to rent the parking lot to hold the tent is $300 a day with out any other expenses. You can make a difference in help covering the this significant amount. This minyan has been running for 30 plus year in Lake George. You can support it.

This minyan is only a weekday minyan and Shabbos the minyan is in Saratoga. We have a private house that we rent for groups for shabbos in saratoga.
There is a possibility for a minyan in Lake George for shabbos with a large group.

drive up the road pass the small pond up the hill when you get top of hill will reach small circular out of stone make a right to the main office turn you will see a flag pole at the right go up that Rd and you will see the white tent with for the minyan
ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO DRIVE THE TEN MILE SPEED LIMIT

THERE ARE NO BBQ ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OF THE MINYAN.
THE TENT IS ONLY OPEN TILL 9 PM AT NIGHT. NO ONE MAY NE THERE AFTER 9 PM. THE LOCATION CLOSES FOR THE NIGHT.

THERE IS NOT MUCH KOSHER FOOD IN LAKE GEORGE BRING WITH YOU OR YOU CAN ORDER MEALS FROM US WITH A 48-24 HR NOTICE.  Walmart in Lake George has some kosher food.

Lake George Minyan date to be determined  through September. The minyan will only run Sunday night through Friday Morning. Shacharis will begin at 8 AM  minchah & maariv Bizmano. Mincha changes as the summer progresses.

THERE IS NO SET MINYAN IN LAKE GEORGE ON SHABBOS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STAY IN THE AREA THERE IS A MINYAN AVAILABLE IN SARATOGA. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO COME PLEASE EMAIL ABOUT ACCOMMODATIONS FOOD CATERING.  We offer family prices for meals or for individuals as well as camps and retreats. If reserved in advance the food can be brought to the minyan.
