"Freda's Falafel" (two locations) have recently been added to the list of establishments certified by Kosher Miami, The Vaad HaKashrus of Miami-Dade. Rare Steakhouse in Miami Beach, Florida is truly a one of a kind kosher steakhouse. I know that the Miami Beach area has plenty of good kosher dining options. But still, Rare Steakhouse stands out not just in Miami Beach, but anywhere. I have been to plenty upscale and high end kosher restaurants all over the USA (and the world), including Chicago, New York and more and Rate Steakhouse was one of my best kosher dining experiences. I was there only once when a business associate took me out with my wife while we were on vacation in North Miami Beach. It was pretty new on the market then and I observed how such a new restaurant is doing everything right. My host explained that the owner has a long history in the kosher restaurant business.
