Passover 2014 at the Hudson Valley Resort & Spa

Passover 2014 is once again being hosted at The Hudson Valley & Resort & Spa, formerly The GRANIT Hotel by The Hochdorf Family. This is the 3rd decade of the Passover Program at this elegant, luxurious and magnificent Hotel. The hotel is the most beautiful property and facility in the Catskills.

The Hudson Valley Resort has a State of the Art, Health Club and Spa. Resort & Fitness Spa offers a separate men & women’s jacuzzi. There is a full complement of massages available to our Hotel Guests. The Hotel has a full size heated pool. A gorgeous 18-hole golf course will be available to our guests, including golf tournaments & workshops.
The Kashruth of the program is under the supervision of the Orthodox Union, and the Mashgiach Tmidi is Rabbi Yaakov May. All our dairy products are Cholov Yisroel. Special personalized attention is given to dietary needs of our guests. The sumptuous meals, elegant parties, and spectacular Tea Room are legendary.

Spectacular Tea Room:

The tea room is sumptuously stocked with fruits, salads, cakes, sweets and nuts a myriad of delicious choices. Hot and cold beverages are available. It’s the perfect stop during the day or night to refresh and meet new and old friends.

Children’s Dining Room:

The children’s dining room is open before each Yom Tov and Shabbat meal. Popular kid-friendly menus are offered.
