Sunnyside is a small, but growing Orthodox Jewish Community in Queens NY. Once you step in you will feel like you are part of our small family. Located just 15 minutes from Manhattan and 25 minutes from Kew Gardens, Sunnyside’s is great for people looking to live in Queens, but still have that “out of town” feeling. We have Minyanim daily, and shiurim are given on Shabbat by Rabbi Lerman. Rabbi info: Rabbi Nesanel Lerman, age 37, grew up in Brooklyn, NY, the middle child in a family of thirteen. His parents, Rabbi Avraham and Naama Lerman, have been active in Jewish education and outreach for over fifty years. His upbringing, combined with the education he received in various yeshivos, such as Ohr Hameir/Peekskill, Brisk/Jerusalem, Bais Medrash Gevoho/Lakewood, and Mir/Jerusalem, fostered within him a desire to contribute to a community in a meaningful way.
