Palace Royal is located in the very heart of Philadelphia’s colorful and welcoming North Eastern suburb. The restaurant was founded by the Russian-born entrepreneur Steve Klipach (who is also an excellent chef in his own right and a mean drummer) and has been successfully serving Philadelphia community for over ten years.
The first and most important distinguishing feature of Palace Royal is the menu. Our menu is best described as truly cosmopolitan and here is why. We offer an unprecedented variety of delightful dishes from around the world, from Asian (Canny Salad, Tuna Sesame) to Middle Eastern (Hummus, Falafel, Matbucha, Babaganush, Kebabs) to European (Lamb Ossobuco, Schnitzel) to beloved American (Rib Eye Steak and Fries). And lastly, Palace Royal is the only kosher establishment in town (that we know of) that has an excellent live band which performs almost every evening (always on weekends).
