Chef Seth Warshaw received his culinary training at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, NY. He has previously served as Executive Chef at Fumio’s, in Livingston, NJ. He loves pairing unique flavors to create levels of depth in each dish. He works well with seasonal produce, using what is locally available to create his unique menus.

At Etc Steakhouse, we only use the finest ingredients in all of our dishes. The menu changes seasonally to ensure that the produce used in each dish is in season and of top quality. We even have our own farm, SunPoz farm, in Manville, NJ. With delivers of fresh, local produce from our farm, we are the first kosher restaurant to be able to provide a Farm-to-Table dining experience! We select only the highest quality of meat, offering many choices of vegetarian fed, horomone free, and all natural meat.
