Requirements to get listed in the Kosher for Passover 2008 / Pesach Resorts and Hotels Guide

• The Passover Hotel, Resort etc must be "Kosher for Passover" under the Kosher Supervision of a reconized Orthodox Kosher Supervision.

• Kosher hotel should have a qualified Mashgiach (משגיח) on premises who will be responsible for the Kasruths before and during Passover.

• The Passover resort should adhere to Orthodox Jewish standards and Halacha (i.e. Shomer Shabbath, etc).
